Who’s telling the truth. Justice Sabio or de Borja?
The Inquirer, in its Sunday editorial, said,
IF THERE’S ONE THING TRAINED LAWYERS CAN BE relied upon to do, it’s to avoid lying outright in an affidavit. And so the public must consider the possibility that both Justice Jose Sabio Jr. of the Court of Appeals and Francis de Borja may be telling the truth — though selectively, and therefore, partially.
